The application allows the user to interact with the State Police by sending reports (video, audio, images, and text) related to episodes of bullying, drug trafficking, and domestic violence. The content is transmitted to the Police office in geolocated mode, providing real-time information on the location and details of the events. Users can also send and transmit reports at a later time by entering the address of the event location. Primarily designed for young people and the school environment, the application aims to prevent bullying phenomena, combat drug trafficking, and report incidents of domestic violence. In addition to offering a more user-friendly experience, the new release enables communication via chat with the State Police control room and receiving messages and notifications directly from the app.

Data Collection and Usage

For an enhanced user experience while using our service, we may request personal identification information such as device ID and location (GPS, network). The information collected will be stored by us and used as described in the privacy policy. The app uses third-party services that may collect information for identification purposes:

The data acquired through this application is stored in a computer system logically separated for each Police Headquarters at the Ministry of the Interior's Data Processing Center. The data controller is the Ministry of the Interior - Department of Public Security. The data processor is the Department of Public Security. Data processors are designated operators as follows: Police Headquarters staff, Police Stations, and Central Offices of the Department of Public Security for research purposes; Ministry of Interior's Data Processing Center staff for technical system management and maintenance activities. Online data access is permitted for authorized agents and judicial police officers of the State Police for crime prevention, investigation, and public order protection purposes, upon specific authorization by the Police Chief. Information is accessible solely to investigative police officers and public security officers of the State Police with a specific national access profile besides the reporting individual. Data inserted into the system is permanently deleted after 5 years.
